years as a university professor in Actuarial Science and
Statistics. He has held senior positions in the Mexican
public sector (Undersecretariats of Education,
Government, and Industrial Promotion, as well as the
Federal Ministry of Health) and currently leads ERMEX
Consultores en Estadística.
